Green Buildings
Green buildings ratings and certification help assure and demonstrate the quality of SENTRAL’s portfolio. These ratings serve as an external validation that key environmental aspects have been considered in SENTRAL’s portfolio and operations. As at 31 December 2024, 22.2%^ and 39.3% of SENTRAL’s respective managed and total properties by net letteable area (“NLA”) are green certified.
